The Best Western John Muir Inn's comfortable meeting rooms, from the smallest boardroom to the largest conference room, offer a professional business environment with all the amenities to make your meeting or conference a complete success.
We offer 1,200 square feet of flexible, state-of-the-art conference space to accommodate up to 130 guests. Each room is equipped to handle most audiovisual needs and features individual climate control. Attendees will also appreciate the convenience of a fax and copy machine at the front desk, as well as a computer and printer in the business center. Guests can access the Internet, retrieve email, connect laptops to the printer, or use Microsoft, Word, or Excel on the desktop computer. We also feature a spacious outdoor pool deck that is perfect for casual gatherings and receptions.
Meeting rooms:
- The Yosemite Room is located next to a small outdoor patio — a perfect setting for break time networking. This room features a spacious service counter for a beautiful dining presentation.
- The Muir Marina Room is adjacent to our business lobby and is well situated to handle small business gatherings. This room features a gorgeous marble counter to complement any elegant food display.
- The Roosevelt Room, located on the third floor, offers the privacy needed for important executive board meetings.
